The thing that sucks though is that Immolation is replacing CC on the last few dates of the tour on the east coast. I've already seen CC, so I wish Immo was the headliner for the entire tout.
Not to shit talk CC; they're fun live too. But Necrot and BI are phenomenal top tier live DM bands. Have yet to see MA live, but I'm not a huge fan of the Tucker era, and last they played LA, they played all Tucker era material. I hope they play a couple songs of Altars.
I can't wait to go to Decibel Tour on the 22nd. Fucking Blood Incantation, Necrot, Morbid Angel, and Canibal Corpse. Blood Incantation and Necrot especially are 2 of my favorite bands in record and studio. Seen Necrot twice and BI once, and they're both gonna blow CC out of the water
Plenty. Nightbreaker, The Brethren of the Long House, Inishmore, Sons of Society, Through the Storm, and Army of One. All highly enjoyable for their different flavors, but I'd say that Inishmore sticks out a bit more for consistency.
2018 was not really that much enjoyable. sure the music is always great but that's like saying that "the meat was good but the vegetables and sauce was undercooked and the beer was shitty", lol.
The last two years were the worst years of my life. Absolutely wasted on what could of been to used to create a far better future. Coming from my setbacks, I know what I want the most. To get those things I need to lose my insecurity, anxiety, and nervousness.
It largely depends on your mindset. Every year has its ups and downs, but it's all on you to determine whether or not you felt there were more ups or downs in the long run. Some pretty bad years were recent, but you can learn from your past and strive for something far better.
2018 had it's up and downs, this summer wasn't the greatest, 2 people I knew, between June and September are no longer around. The last week or so has been dog shit and has me angry because of work...but it could be worse. A lot worse.
2018 was a pretty good year for me, just as 2017 wasn't disappointing whatsoever. The remainder of the trash got torched. I finally got to meet some members of the forums, too.
So, apparently the pre-order scheme didn't work out too well for Downing's book because now he's offering it with personalized autographs instead of the shitty sticker the pre-order ones have. I'm slightly pissed at this.
