Reaper is a power/speed metal band from Germany, going strong since 1984. Their debut album, 1990's Beyond All Time, is a cult classic. They also put out three more albums, but I've yet to hear them. They are musically quite similar to Helloween, Blind Guardian, Accept, and Running Wild.
