another Album of the Week and it's episode Hellion (US) - (1998) Up from the Depths - 9/10. of course being released on Christmas Eve and tomorrow being Christmas Day, it's time to spotlight an album and what better album to spotlight than none other than....Up from the Ashes by Don Dokken...ok, not a Christmas themed album, but a good album nonetheless. hope you like this pick. take care and Merry Christmas everyone.

Good list!

For live albums, consider checking out Terra Rosa's Terra Rosa Live from Coda. Mostly comprised of earlier demo material on their set. It's seriously a killer performance. There's even a new song introduced.

A few one-minute samples:

last TRUE video of 2017 and what better way to cap off this year than with Episode Warlock (DE) - (1985) Hellbound - 9/10! of Album of the Week and for this week I'm spotlighting Iron Fist by the legendary Motörhead. inspired by the fact that this past Christmas eve marked Lemmy's 72nd Birthday and this past Thursday also marked the Anniversary of his saddened death. so with that, Iron Fist is this week's Album spotlight. hope you like this pick. hope everyone has a great New Years. take care.

first Album Of The Week of 2018 and what way to kick off the the first Album Spotlight of the week than with Metal On Metal by Anvil. since Pounding The Pavement will be released here in the next several days so why not spotlight the band's most iconic album. of course let's not forget that with the good comes the bad and the bad is that while the band is releasing their newest album, the producer who produced this very "Iconic" album passed away on January 7th of this year, that man was Chris Tsangarides, may he Rock In Peace.

right now this video is being disputed over Victor Entertainment blocking it due to the use of Bow Wow's "Hearts on Fire". while cause of the dispute, the video can be watched. Victor Entertainment keeps the restriction in tact, i may have to delete it and re-upload with the track muted.

though what's funny is that the song is uploaded on YouTube in it's entirety without being blocked, yet a brief sample of it get's my video blocked. once again, proving that YouTube's Fair Use system is a useless whore.

enjoy it while you can.

so apparently the video is now suddenly off the hook. the Victor Entertainment just dropped it and no longer is the video being disputed. no Blocking. nothing. that was fast. fucking Jimmy John's commercial fast. lol.
